Services for Rose Marie Pilcher, age 83, of Richardson, TX., will be 1:00 P.M., Saturday, March 1, 2014, at Chapel of Saints Peter and Paul in Tyler. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Lloyd James Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
